The offices of Drs Alan S. Lichtenfeld & Susanne Y. Lavoie, located at 2695 Hartford Avenue, Johnston, RI, have a comfortable, relaxed, country atmosphere. The philosophy of these separate practices is "patients first" and it shows. Not only do they provide the very best "gentle" dental care, they keep the patient's best interests in mind in every way.

Dr. Alan Lichtenfeld, Dr. Susanne Lavoie, and their staff, participate fully in continuing education programs. In addition they attend several large dental conventions each year to make sure knowledge is always up-to-date. Of course the latest is not always the greatest. Dr. Lichtenfeld's background in chemistry and his residency in a hospital environment helps him carefully analyze new materials and procedures as they become available. Only materials and techniques that have passed his rigid standards are offered to patients. Dr. Lavoie's research background allows her to critically evaluate research for new drugs, materials, dental therapies, and new medications. Her Master of Public Health Degree is put to good use making sure that the office adheres strictly to the latest infection control techniques to ensure your safety and good health.
